It’s Bendy Jane Yoga‘s 2nd annual day retreat! And we pulled out all the stops for you at this hidden gem, Touch and Glow Relaxation Lounge. Space is limited to 8 lucky ladies to come get pampered for 5 hours.

You‘ll be welcomed into the space with the scent of lavender esssential oil diffusing. We’ll start with a relaxing, gentle flow yoga sequence that will end with yoga nidra, which is a full mind and body relaxation technique. Post yoga, all students will be given a plush white robe to relax and enjoy snacks while they await their services. You will also have the option to hang out on couches around the fire pit on the roof deck.

• 75 minute gentle flow yoga class with yoga nidra
• 30 minute Egyptian foot soak
• 30 minute massage

Enjoy the Mummers Mardi Gras Parade from our rooftop lounge! The parade will begin in front of Touch & Glow Relaxation Lounge and will proceed along the length of Main Street.
